10 miles Temp 36 degrees Time of Run: Late morning
Ran late this morning. First cold run of the season. 36 degrees. Had to run in pants and 2 layers of shirts, hat and gloves. Set out to do a 10 mile run. Took the trail to the marker for the first 2.25 miles and then west for 3. Same route on the return. Goal was to keep everything under 9 min. Had a couple of stops for traffic bent went pretty well. Legs felt great. Meds, no problem. Managed to keep my pace in check.
