Indoor Track workout 600, 800, 1000 x2
2 mile swim
A change of pace is good. Especially in running. It keeps you honest. Today was no exception. This was the first time I went up and down the ladder indoors. The first set didn’t start to hurt until the 1000 meters. Then knowing that you had to turn around and do it again was a mental game. Actually kept up with Mark Boozel today which is a faster pace. Felt good to break a hard sweat.

And of course to keep me in shape, I did a 2 mile swim. Fun day. Proud of myself for the KA (kick ass) workout I did today.
