10.2 miles Temp 22 degrees Time of Run: 7:00 a.m.
Oh what fun it is to run in the first snowfall of the year. What a beautiful morning to run 10 miles. Snow was just coming for a few more inches on top of what we got last night. The streets and trees were dressed in white. John was the adventurous one. He rode his bike through snowy streets and a snowy trail. Saw lots of other runners out there braving the conditions. I thought it would be fun to clock my miles. Wasn't worried about the time as much as I was concerned about the distance. Route was gazebo, to Berkley to Villa Park to home. The best part about coming back from the run was having a snowball fight with Ian and Shannon. So much fun with the family. I love it.
