2 mile run with John and Ian
Wow! Boston is now 3 weeks away. Can't believe its almost here. Time has really flown by. Did a small short recovery run today. Ran 2 miles with John and Ian. It was a good way to keep the legs loose. Hoping to keep my legs loose these last couple of weeks. It was so nice to see John out running. I'm hoping that he stays with it. Looking forward to cheering him on in Chicago in October. And, my little "Bear", Ian is doing a great job running. So proud of him and his training for the 5k in Boston.
