Ok this weather or should I say road conditions are driving me crazy. Warm up already! Man the wind was just unforgiving. Streets were bad, wind was biting and I couldn’t stay warm. Not the best way to move forward with a run. Ran the first and last four miles solo. Squeaked in a four mile run with the Elmhurst runners. New path and some fresh conversation put a little kick in my step. Still needed a nap in the afternoon. Glad I finished it. Right on schedule for Boston. Long runs are coming up. Got to be ready.
