Last long run before the big race. 12.2 miles on the path. Met a guy out running who was just getting started. He had run 4.5 miles. I cheered him through the mile marker. He reminded me of when I first started running. Struggling to make it to the next mile marker. Oh, that seems so long ago. Kudos to him for starting. Hopefully I'll see him out running again soon. 12.2 miles is in the books.
