Ran in shorts with hat and gloves.
Later run today. The medicine is making me tired ad slowing me down. Decided to do a timed run anyway. Took the Salt Creek Trail to the path and down towards Ovaltine. Total time is 58:19. Home to Ovaltine marker on way out was even 20:00. Tried for negative splits but failed. Very sick during and after the run. Had to stop twice to throw up.
