Still waiting for the start of winter to arrive. You would have guessed by the weather outside that we were in the middle of a deep freeze in January. All I keep thinking about is that with each passing day, I am one day closer to Spring. And, the Boston marathon is in Spring so there isn't any time to let up. In fact, now is the time to push harder. Use the cold weather to make me tougher, stronger and mentally strong. Well, today at the Arboretum, I definitely got stronger. It was beautiful and covered in snow and ice. Roads were a bit tricky in some spots but trying to navigate through the ice made it easier to pass the time. Pretty soon I'll have to up the mileage so I better enjoy these easy runs while I can. Great job today!!!!
