Indoor Track Workout 6 x 800
Best thing about getting up early for the track workouts is that I am constantly challenged by those around me who are oh, so fast. I knew it was going to be a tough workout today. The 9 miles from yesterday definitely wore me out but I needed to suck it up and run hard. A little focus and determination was going to help me from slowing down. Each set was harder than the next, but I wasn't going to let myself quit. This time out, my sets were more consistent which meant my pace was equal. Much better then the last time I ran this workout.

Today's key word was "focus". Capped off a great track workout with an even better swim. Easy stroked and smooth sailing. Two mile swim flew by. It was a great day to be on land and in the water.
