Arboretum Run
Ok, so once more a late start to the day but that was because the good Lord comes first. Today was Ash Wednesday and I wanted to go to mass with Ian and the school kids. A little delay for my run but no bi deal. It was the right thing to do. My legs were all jumpy and excited about running hills today. Could not wait to get a hill run in. I was so excited when I got there that I almost jumped up in the air in excitement. I guess it's a good thin to be excited about a hard workout. The Arboretum is the closest thing I could get to the hills of Newton in Boston. Weather was damp but no rain falling. Good trainning run. Happy to be running the hills.
