Indoor Track Work out
8x600 1:30 rest
Swim -55 laps
First 8x600s of the season. I like this workout. First lap tends to run at: 47 (200). Trying to stay consistent with my times. This week, I did pretty well.

Swim workout went well. Had some extra energy so I swam an extra lap.
