So big improvement to report. The greatest drop I saw was 14 seconds. The least amount was 2. I definitely think that the swimming is helping me. Today I was able to keep up with Nancy’s group for a lap and a half. I’m not sure what my pace is anymore. I have a 16 mile run so keeping track of my time is going to be really important. So this was my second full week of swimming 2 miles. First mile went by pretty quick. The last quarter was tough but nothing in life worth having is easy. With the new requirements for Boston I’m going to have to work my butt off for an opportunity to register and run again.
